Daqing 9047
DFDA-9047, the full name of Daqing 9047, is a linear low-density polyethylene (LDPE) product manufactured by Daqing Petrochemical Company.
Product Features: Manufactured with APC's advanced control system, ensuring consistent product quality. The film, enhanced with transparent composite additives, exhibits high light transmittance and low haze. It demonstrates excellent puncture resistance, impact resistance, and stiffness, along with high tensile strength. Additionally, it offers UV resistance, aging resistance, and superior processability.
Performance parameters: melt mass flow rate is 0.85±0.25g/10min, density is 0.919±0.002g/cm3, tensile yield stress is ≥8.5MPa, tensile fracture nominal strain is ≥500%, and haze is about 22%.
Application fields: The resin is used to produce agricultural films for greenhouse production through injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other forming methods. It is also used to produce industrial films for construction materials, food packaging films for food industry, shopping bags for daily use and other films with certain requirements on transparency and mechanical properties.
