Luqing 34S
Luqing 34S is an extruded polyethylene (PE) film resin manufactured by Shandong Shouguang Luqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
Density: 0.9140-0.9220g/cm3, the typical value is 0.9196g/cm3, the test method is according to GB/T3682.1-2018.
Melt mass flow rate (MFR): at 190℃,2.16kg load, ≥ 8.0g/10min.
Tensile properties: the tensile yield stress conforms to the GB/T1040.2-2022 standard, the tensile fracture stress is greater than or equal to 25.0MPa, and the tensile fracture nominal strain is less than or equal to 8.0%. The test method is based on GB/T11115-2009.
The primary applications are as follows:
Food packaging: Suitable for manufacturing food packaging bags and cling film, it clearly displays food appearance while its excellent moisture resistance and chemical stability help maintain freshness and quality, making it ideal for general moisture-proof packaging of various foods and frozen food packaging.
Daily necessities packaging: With high rigidity and toughness, it can be used to produce packaging films for daily necessities like cosmetics and cleaning products, offering both product protection and aesthetic appeal.
Heavy-duty packaging: Luqing 34S features high tensile fracture stress and excellent tear resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty packaging bags for fertilizers, pesticides, and chemical products. It can withstand significant weight and pressure without easy damage. Composite film: This product can serve as a component of composite films, commonly used as adhesive and heat-sealing layers. When combined with other materials, it enhances the film's overall performance to meet diverse packaging requirements.
