Product Features: This product is a homopolymerized filament-grade polypropylene resin, classified as a lightweight thermoplastic with flat filaments. It appears as natural-colored granules, colorless, odorless, and tasteless, featuring a well-structured and crystalline morphology. The melt exhibits stable flow properties and excellent process compatibility, making it suitable for various processing techniques including filament drawing, film blowing, and injection molding, with outstanding molding performance. It demonstrates exceptional tensile properties, high yield and fracture stresses, large nominal fracture strains, strong tensile and fracture resistance, excellent fiber-forming capability, and good bending fatigue resistance. The material also exhibits excellent moisture resistance, anti-dissolution properties, and acid/alkali corrosion resistance, along with superior electrical insulation and thermal stability. Its mechanical properties remain stable at room temperature, and it complies with environmental regulations as a non-toxic, eco-friendly material.
Performance Parameters: Melt index 2.8g/10min, tested according to GB/T 3652-2000, suitable for various processing scenarios; tensile yield stress 31.0MPa, tensile fracture stress 33.9MPa, tensile fracture nominal strain 572%, all tested according to GB/T 1040.2-2006, demonstrating excellent mechanical load-bearing capacity; density approximately 0.9g/cm³, lightweight for processing and transportation, low impurity content, high purity of products, classified as standard-grade general material, with stable and controllable quality.
Application Scope: Core applications include wire drawing processing, primarily serving packaging and light industrial sectors. Capable of manufacturing woven bags, bulk bags, tarpaulins, ropes, and binding straps, it meets heavy-duty packaging needs for grains, fertilizers, and mineral sands. Compatible with blown film technology, it produces packaging films such as CPP film, cast film, and stretch film. Supports injection molding for manufacturing plastic bottle caps, small molded parts, and household items. Additionally, it can be used to produce textile film yarns, carpet backing, covering packaging, and various light industrial applications.
