Qatar FE3000
The Qatar FE3000 is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) product manufactured by Qatar Petrochemical.
Product features: High strength, high gloss, chemical resistance, etc. The film is milky white transparent, soft, good moisture-proof, stable chemical properties, cold, low temperature and high temperature resistance.
Processing performance: The processing temperature is 150-210℃, and the temperature can reach 300℃ in inert gas, but the melt is easy to degrade when it comes into contact with oxygen.
Application Fields: The primary applications are as follows: Thin Film Applications: Suitable for manufacturing heavy-duty films including industrial shrink films, construction films, and agricultural films. It also serves as a base material for composite films, food/non-food packaging films, and meets packaging requirements for fiber products such as shirts and garments. Injection Molding Applications: With excellent processability, it is ideal for injection molding to produce daily necessities, container lids, toys, and similar products. Other Applications: Compliant with food contact standards, it is used in food-grade containers and pipeline systems to provide protective properties for piping.
