The technical specifications of colored stretch film vary depending on the intended use and customer requirements; however, common thicknesses range from 15μm to 35μm, with 17μm, 20μm, 23μm, and 25μm being the most frequently used. Standard widths include 250mm, 300mm, 450mm, and 500mm, though custom sizes are available to accommodate the specific wrapping needs of goods of various dimensions.

In terms of physical properties, colored stretch film offers high elongation and excellent elastic recovery. Elongation typically ranges from 200% to 400%, with some high-performance products exceeding 500%. Additionally, the film exhibits strong puncture and tear resistance, allowing it to withstand pressure from sharp edges or corners without rupturing during transport and handling, thereby ensuring a secure wrap.

Manufactured primarily from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the film possesses excellent self-adhering properties, enabling tight bonding between layers without the need for adhesives. The color is uniform and stable, resisting fading; options include black, blue, green, red, white, and yellow, with customization available for specific colors and dimensions.

Colored stretch film offers good resistance to low temperatures, moisture, and chemical corrosion, making it suitable for a wide range of industries, including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, construction materials, electronics, and food. It is typically supplied on paper cores with an inner diameter of 50mm or 76mm, and roll weights can be customized to meet specific needs. The film is suitable for both manual wrapping and use with automated wrapping equipment, accommodating diverse packaging operations.
